Dubbo Rail Maintenance Facility
Client: CPB. $1B total project cost, 2-year contract, 2024. A remote and logistically challenging project; Elite deployed a skilled rotating FIFO crew to ensure continuity and precision across all stages of construction, establishing initial survey control and providing comprehensive surveying for all civil and structural elements. At peak, 6 surveyors were on site full-time. "Elite serviced our remote project from start to finish and provided a very competent team of surveyors in rotation on a FIFO roster. WestConnex New M5 Tunnel
16km-long tunnel project across multiple trades working simultaneously in a tight environment. Elite ran night shifts and scanned the entire tunnel to capture and report on pavement, cable trays, jet fans and signage as-builts at 3mm data density — the fastest, most accurate method over that distance.
Sydney Opera House Lift 36
Client: Peterson Building Group (PBG), part of the Sydney Opera House Renewal Program. Elite produced a coordinated as-built BIM model and 3D scans for a new bronze, brass and glass lift installation. Most shop drawings existed only in 2D with inconsistent data; Elite used 3D point-cloud scans to validate and reconcile 2D shop drawings from multiple subcontractors into one accurate, coordinated 3D model, delivered on time and within budget.
M6 Surface Works — CPB
Client: CPB. Elite Survey delivered comprehensive surveying services for the surface works of the M6 — one of Australia's most high-profile infrastructure developments, a $3.1B project delivered over a 2-year contract. Scope covered the precise setting out and rigorous QA verification of all civil works and structural elements, with a dedicated team of 3 full-time surveyors at peak delivery.
