High-Density Raptor GPR Technology

3D Mobile Array

A high-speed, multi-frequency radar system designed for rapid corridor mapping, delivering dense 3D point clouds of all buried assets and soil structures.

Vehicle-mounted, the Raptor array scans entire road corridors at traffic speed — no lane closures, no surveyor walking a live carriageway. The same system converts to a push-cart in minutes for footpaths, rail corridors and tight sites a vehicle can't reach. Multiple channels capture in a single pass what manual GPR needs dozens of runs to cover, with every scan georeferenced for direct use in design.

Condor Analysis Platform

Advanced 3D imaging software that allows our engineers to visualise dowel bars, rebar density, and subsurface cavities with absolute clarity and precision.

Raw radar data means nothing until it's interpreted. In Condor, our engineers slice the scanned volume in plan and section — separating conduit banks from reinforcement, confirming depths, and flagging voids beneath slabs before they become failures. The output isn't marks on the ground that wash away: it's a permanent digital record delivered as 3D CAD and 12d models your design team works from directly.

High-Speed Subsurface Investigations Core Applications

Strategic utility mapping for major road, rail, and airport upgrades; structural slab assessments; and secure long-range corridor planning.

Where it earns its keep: locating services ahead of dredging, boring and excavation on live corridors; pavement investigations before resurfacing or widening; slab and bridge deck assessments — dowel placement, rebar cover, delamination; and non-intrusive investigation of defence and secure facilities where excavation permits aren't an option.

Our mobile solution provides 100% site coverage, eliminating the 'gaps' left by manual GPR, while significantly lowering cost per square metre of survey area.

A remote, logistically challenging project delivered by a skilled rotating FIFO crew — survey control, drone LiDAR capture and existing-services detail across the rail yard.

Awarded the structural, civil and monitoring contract on one of Australia's busiest infrastructure corridors, carrying 250,000 vehicles daily.

3D utility modelling and clash detection, civil setout and Work-As-Executed documentation across an existing corridor full of known and unknown services.

'Elite serviced our remote project from start to finish and provided a very competent team of surveyors in rotation on a FIFO roster. I have highly recommended that they be put forward for projects I will work on in the future.' - Rosco, Civil Foreman

'Elite has played a crucial part of this complex build to date. From finding major design issues and resolving, to working around the clock on weekend shutdowns to service a logistically complex project. I would highly recommend them for future works...' - Will, Senior Civil Superintendent

'...always professional and up for any spatial challenge I throw at them. I greatly appreciate their reliability and accuracy in all work they undertake.' - Rion, Survey Manager, Lendlease

Precise setting out and rigorous QA verification of all civil works and structural elements on one of Australia's most high-profile infrastructure developments.

Elite Survey was awarded the M&E surveying contract for the mechanical and electrical fit-out phase, providing ongoing as-built verification, structural positioning and survey control.

Engineering setout and QA for large-scale infrastructure including ventilation buildings, control centres, pavements and structural elements, plus 3D scanning and BIM integration to detect clashes early.

'Elite staff are always ahead of the site requirements and have a firm understanding of what needs to be done. Helped by their full time manager on site with a wealth of construction knowledge, its good to know we are in safe hands...' - Marco, Site Foreman

'...very satisfied with the professionalism and willingness to ensure this project was completed to the clients requirements...the data supplied has made the installation faster and has identified future fabrication & installation issues that would have caused on-site time delays and costs. I have already recommended their services to other clients..' - Paul, Project Manager, Brolton Group
